Go to https://supportcenter.turnitin.com/s/contactsupport.

For Product, select Feedback Studio.

For User Type, select Instructor or Student, according to your role.

For Access Route, select Canvas or Website (for Turnitin.com).

Fill in the rest of the text fields with the requested information.

Click Submit.
