Cannot access Course Roster

There are a few reasons why you cannot see or may not be able to access the Course Roster:

If you do not see Course Roster in your course navigation links (as in the screenshot below), please go to Settings > Navigation to move Course Roster to the visible items and save. Detailed instructions on managing course navigation links.

If you see the above error message, and you are accessing Canvas off-campus, please use NUS VPN and try again.

If you see the above error message, and you are accessing Canvas on-campus, please try again later.

Error: During OAuth token exchange: Error: Session is not valid; third-party cookies must be allowed message

Please enable third-party cookies or cross-site cookies in your web browser.

After a long time, the Course Roster just does not load

Some large classes may have issues loading the Course Roster.

Please try again later by right-clicking on the Course Roster link and opening it in a new tab.
