Score in rubric not transferred automatically to Grades

When adding a rubric to a graded assignment, you need to check Use this rubric for assignment grading option in the options below the rubric.

If you have already used the rubric to grade the assignment before checking this option, the grades are not automatically passed back to Grades on enabling this option.

You can do one of the following:

1. Edit the rubric and enable the setting above.
   1. Then go to SpeedGrader.
   2. Click View Rubric.
   3. Then click Save.
   4. Repeat for each student.
      or
      
      
2. Go to SpeedGrader (without enabling the rubric setting above).
   1. Manually key in the score in the points field.
   2. The score is auto-saved.
   3. Repeat for each student.

The first option is more time consuming. The second option is faster but open to manual errors.

When you are ready, you can post the grades.
